My Blog
I’m going to try and keep this super simple instead of the usual 100 page long policy we typically see on websites.
I like stats and so I track visits to my blog. Mainly to see who is linking to me and how many people are browsing my site.
If you are using the “Do not track” my website will respect that and not tack you.
I will provide/delete any information to you upon request (please e-mail eric((AT))pickysysadmin.ca) as required by GDPR
As mentioned before, you can opt-out from all tracking by enabling “Do not track” in your browser. Alternatively you can plunk ‘stats.pickysysadmin.ca’ into your Ad Blocker of choice or connect view my site using Tor which should automatically block my stats tracker any anonymize any data my server does end up collecting.
The Tor address for my website can be found on the left hand side menu near the top.
I do not sell or share any information I collect.
I do not run any Ads on my website.
I use Cloudflares services to help make my website load faster and remain available in the event my server crashed.
All data is stored on my server in Canada and only I have physical and remote access to it…. as far as I know at least.
Hopefully that covers everything. If not drop me a line and I’ll answer any questions and update this page accordingly.
